Summer at Knights Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Knights Pond drop into the 10's. Here at Knights Pond you'll most likely meet some folks from Portland-South Portland, and Howard Johnson Hotel       is a splendid location to get some rest. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. Skiing at Lost Valley is one of those things you just should do, and Knights Pond Dam is a pretty place. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Toddy Brook Golf Course is a tremendous way to kill some time; if you came for an overnight stay Twin Brooks Campground is a tremendous location to camp. Knights Pond is a wet place that gets a good deal                  of rainfall; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is September. If you come at the right time of year, Chandler Brook offers some delightful whitewater, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Freeport Inn is a perfect choice. The peak of Bruce Hill can be seen from Knights Pond.
