The beauty of Kief Pond is reason enough to stop by. Newport Ledge is near Kief Pond and is positively a great site to have a look at, and The Tarn is a tremendous lake nearby. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bowl Trail; if you haven’t been to Acadia National Park, you must schedule some time for it since you're here. If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great globe it would be. Take a hike on the The Beehive Trail;

This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Mt. Desert Narrows Camping Resort while you're here at Kief Pond, and why not pop by Monument Cove also since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to explore some interesting stuff, explore Cadillac Cliffs, and Hunters Beach is quite close by if you're in a beach type of mood. All the water falling down from the sky makes Kief | |

Pond a wet site; November is the month that gets the most rain, and August on the other hand is the driest.
Hiking along the North Gorham Mountain Trail is splendid fun. Some good nature is available in The Black Woods, and a
tremendous nearby hotel is Acadia Hotel. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Kief Pond with night lows in the 50's. During the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's while Kief Pond overnight low temperatures
through the winter are in the 10's.
The peak of The Beehive can be spotted from Kief Pond, and do check out Bear Brook since you're here at Kief Pond. Man, is there a heap of exciting things to do close to Kief Pond. Camping is
available at Blackwoods Campground, and there are other places here than Kief Pond, for example Beaver Dam Pond. If you need a spot to stay The Chiltern Inn is a good choice, and on a perfect day it's a delightful idea to spend the day at Sand Beach.
