Little Madawaska Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could check out. There's so much to do here at Ketch Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Aroostook River Camping and Recreation is a delightful site for that. From a rainfall point of view Ketch Pond is a reasonably       typical place; the month with most of the rain is August; February is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at Ketch Pond, high temperatures generally get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Ketch Pond temperatures plunge to the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Do check out Malabeam                  Lake in close proximity to Ketch Pond, it's a beautiful lake; since you're here you can play some golf at Limestone Country Club.
