Trail is brilliant fun. There's so much to do here at Kennebago River Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, North Camps is a pleasant spot for that. Otter Brook is a stream that you may run into while here, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Morrell Trail.

 | 15 miles away 2 PHOTOS I've been visiting Bugeye Pond for as long as I've been alive as my family owns one of the two camps on it and I've always found it to be a very pristine and relaxing place. Aside from snowmobile noise in the winter and traffic on route 27, I would have to say it is the most gorgeous place in Maine. As for the fishing, I haven't been there since I actually began fishing so I can't really attest to that. My parents were up there this past weekend and said there were people on the pond all weekend long, but they never saw anybody land a brookie despite the abundant rises.... |
