     Maine has many beautiful lakes and Kennebago River Reservoir is one of them. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Kennebago River Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at North Camps, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Saddleback. There are splendid sites to explore along the Morrell Trail, and Otter Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth taking a look at. Go for a hike on the Bemis Trail, and you can  
   run the rapids of Kennebago River.
High temperatures at Kennebago River Reservoir throughout the summer are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Kennebago River Reservoir temperatures drop to the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Milrose Trail is always a magnificent adventure; a fine spot
 
               for whitewater paddling is Dead River - South Branch. Head up to Black Mountain and strap some skis to your feet.
Yep, outdoors amusing things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Kennebago River Reservoir. Stay the night at Cupsuptic Campground, and not far from Kennebago River Reservoir you obtain some wonderful water scenery at Lower Station Dam. Kennebago River Reservoir is a reasonably wet place typically with a lot of precipitation; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February on the other hand is the driest.
