    Jims Pond is a lake worth visiting. Going for a hike on the Albany Notch Trail is always a great adventure. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more exciting things to do here in the White Mountains. This is a tremendous region for folks who like lakes. Davis Pond is a lake in the vicinity; nearby you stumble on the Albany Mountain Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. You're in all probability into lakes, Howard Pond is one of those close by. You'll  
   need more than a day to discover everything Jims Pond has to offer, you can camp at Stony Brook Rec. and Camping.
Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The White Mountains rules! Sunday River is a perfect whitewater spot near Jims Pond. There's so much to do here at Jims Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Bethel Outdoor Adventures Campground is a delightful location for that. During the warmest time of the year at Jims Pond temperatures
 
               are typically in the 70's while night lows are commonly in the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are commonly in the 20's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Jims Pond tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. There is a glorious hiking trail near Jims Pond called the Albany Brook Trail; the snow is great at Mount Abram.
So much entertaining stuff near Jims Pond, absolutely incredible. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Sunday River, and getting to Bear River from Jims Pond is uncomplicated. Jims Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Grand Summit Resort Sunday River is a glorious choice, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black Brook.
At Jims Pond you can catch a glimpse of Bean Mountain, and Chapman Inn is a great spot to get some rest. The amount of rainfall that falls at Jims Pond is close to the national average; August is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
