High temperatures at Jim Pond through the warm days of summer are in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Jim Pond tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight       stay Black Arrow Lodge is a great spot to camp. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Jim Pond. Looking for some flowing water? Try Jim Pond Brook, and not far from Jim Pond you'll hit upon Mud Pond which is a pretty lake. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Sugarloaf USA are so inviting nobody can resist; King & Bartlett Lake Camp is a brilliant campground nearby. You can run the rapids of Cupsuptic River in close                  proximity to Jim Pond; nearby you discover the Fire Warden Trail which is a good hiking trail. There is a brilliant hiking trail near Jim Pond called the Morrell Trail, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Saddleback. Jim Pond is a good spot of normal rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest.
