After a long day outdoors Katahdin Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Jerry Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Shin Pond Village Campground is a good location for that. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Jerry Pond while night lows are generally in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; night lows throughout the winter for Jerry Pond tend to be in       the-10's. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Matagamon Tote Road, and you can stay the night at Matagamon Wilderness Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Get covered with water paddling on Seboeis River; Marble Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out. Jerry Pond is a good spot of normal precipitation; most of the rain falls during July, and the driest of the months is February. Take a hike on the Jerry Pond Tote Road; whitewater paddling                  is perfect on Penobscot River - East Branch. Now, you may imagine that's lots but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Jerry Pond.
