Inghan Pond is a wet location that gets a large amount of precipitation; through the month of November you get the most rain around here while February                  is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You can take a little trip to Long Pond Storage Dam while you're here at Inghan Pond, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cobbosseecontee Stream. Dry warm beds await you at Winthrop Motel, and not far from Inghan Pond you'll stumble on Long Pond which is a picturesque lake. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Inghan Pond. There's so much to do here at Inghan Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Five Seasons Campground is a good site for that, and Inghan Pond is a place with many visitors from Augusta-Waterville. This lake is so wonderful.
