Why not stop by Indian Pond if you're passing through these parts. If you came for an overnight stay Libby's Oceanside Camp is a magnificent site to camp; at Indian Pond you always meet someone from Portland-South Portland. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side journey to Southside Brook; Briley Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Indian Pond gets lots of water; November is the wettest month with most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.

| | While you're here at Indian Pond, you could also pop by charming Deerings Pond, and if you need a location to stay Stage Neck Inn, Incorporated is a good choice. Black Rocks is a perfect place to visit close to Indian Pond, and swamps are out of the ordinary spots and Cefalo Swamp near Indian Pond is no exception. If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Great Works River, and a golf course close by is Ledges Golf Club.

At Indian Pond you can make out Sewall Hill, and since you're here, do take a visit to Argo Point. Summertime at Indian Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. During
the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Indian Pond temperatures drop to the 10's. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Indian Pond. During
your stay at Indian Pond do explore nearby Seapoint Beach.
Be careful coming to Indian Pond, you might not ever wanna go home again. Atlantic Ocean is a glorious whitewater spot near Indian Pond, and Best Western York Inn is a
brilliant place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Spend the day on the beach at Crescent Beach since you're here at Indian Pond; camping is available at York Beach Camper Park.
