It's always fun to stop by Indian Pond. After a long day outdoors Stage Neck Inn, Incorporated is a delightful location to spend a night or two, and float down the rapids of Atlantic Ocean in a kayak. You could also check out Barrells Millpond if you're here at Indian Pond; it's nearby, and if you come at the right time of year, Great Works River offers some wonderful whitewater. If the weather is pretty, you get a glorious sight of Sewall Hill from Indian Pond; if you're dropping by from Portland-South Portland, you won't be the only one. All through the months of summer highs here at Indian Pond get into the 80's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. pop by during your stay. If you want to hit the beach, Seapoint Beach is in close proximity; Indian Pond is next to Black Rocks which is certainly worth stopping at. A lot of precipitation falls at Indian Pond; most of the rain
falls through November; the driest of the months is January. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at York Beach Camper Park since you're here at Indian Pond, and in the vicinity of Indian Pond you discover a golf course called
Ledges Golf Club. Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Indian Pond. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Indian Pond. If you need a location to stay MICROTEL INN AND SUITES is a brilliant choice; Argo Point is not far at all.
