Going for a hike on the Old Pogy Road is always a fine adventure, and why not camp at Chimney Pond Campground if you're here at Hudson Pond. In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Nesowadnehunk Stream River, and it's a perfect idea to stop at Hudson Brook. Swamps like Wadleigh Bog are fun to explore, and Webster Brook is a perfect whitewater spot close by. The Freezeout Road is a delightful hiking

All through the summertime months at Hudson Pond temperatures are mostly in the 70's while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's.
