An average amount of rainfall falls at Hot Pond; July is the month that gets the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. After a long day outdoors Katahdin Inn is a nice location to spend a night or two, and you can go for a hike on the Jerry Pond Tote Road. This lake is so wonderful. Hay Brook Mountain is a peak you can catch a sight of from Hot Pond; paddling on Seboeis River is so       much fun. Hot Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at, and if you came to camp Shin Pond Village Campground is a pleasant site to do that. Going for a hike on the American Thread Company Road is always a great adventure; Hot Pond is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Bowlin Camps Outfitters is a brilliant local campground. During the long summer days at Hot Pond temperatures are regularly in the 70's. All                  through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 20's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Hot Pond temperatures fall to the-10's. Yeah, come here to Hot Pond for a delightful time.
