Sugarloaf USA has great slopes and a friendly staff. If you're here at Horseshoe Pond, you could stop by Bean Brook, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Enchanted Stream. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Horseshoe Pond; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most,       and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cold Stream, and if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Sally Mountain Trail. Nearby lakes? Sure, Fogg Pond is close to Horseshoe Pond; the Alder Brook Trail is a glorious hiking trail close by. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Horseshoe Pond reach the 70's with nighttime                  lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Horseshoe Pond. And if that's not sufficient, there's loads more to do right next door to Horseshoe Pond.
