What a nice lake Horseshoe Pond is. These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable things to do in the White Mountains. A day on the slopes of Black Mountain is just what you need; there's splendid hiking along the Cold Brook Trail. The snow is magnificent at Sunday River, and a glorious nearby hotel is Oxford House Inn. You truly have to love the White Mountains. Stay the night at Basin Pond Campground, and whitewater paddling is great on Wild River.

| | Horseshoe Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. Adams Mountain is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Horseshoe Pond, and do explore Howard Brook while you're here at Horseshoe Pond. If only every location had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great planet it would be. Horseshoe Pond is a great location to visit for more than one day, Cold River Campground is a great location to camp nearby, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Blueberry | |

Ridge Trail. During the summertime months highs here at Horseshoe Pond get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Horseshoe Pond are
in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are perfect; Moose Pond is a lake that's close to Horseshoe Pond, and Lake Kezar Country Club is a golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Crooked River is so much
fun, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Mud Pond. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do right next door to Horseshoe Pond. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at
Horseshoe Pond; the wettest month of the year is typically August, that's the one that rains the most; January is the month with the least moisture. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Horseshoe Pond; Stone House Trail is a tremendous local trail, and after a long day outdoors Sunday River is a great site to spend a night or two.
