Going for a hike on the Arnold Trail is always a perfect adventure, and Horseshoe Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Cathedral Pines Camping Area is a great local campground. A great deal of precipitation falls       at Horseshoe Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is usually the driest month. Any time is a perfect time at Horseshoe Pond if you adore the outdoors. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Crosby Pond; do visit Arnold Pond Dam if you're here. Don't leave Horseshoe Pond without first going for a hike along the Morrell Trail, and why not pop by a swamp like Lower Hathan Bog since you're                  here at Horseshoe Pond.
