Summertime highs at The Horns Pond mostly tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. During the winter the highs are usually in the 20's, and nighttime lows at The Horns Pond during the wintertime mostly drop into the 0's. There are other locations here than The Horns Pond, for example Stratton Brook Pond, and do take a hike on the Bigelow Range Trail. And that's not all you can       do here at The Horns Pond. You can run the rapids of Little Spencer Stream near The Horns Pond; The Horns Pond is right by the Fire Warden Trail. A day on the slopes of Sugarloaf USA is just what you need; there's whitewater on Spencer Stream for all you adrenaline rush seekers. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Crocker Mountain Cirque Campground is always a splendid experience; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Saddleback is quite near. Hiking along the Arnolds Trail is magnificent fun, and The Horns is easy to spot from The Horns Pond.
