    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Maine you can check out Hobbs Pond. For the duration of the months of summer here at Hobbs Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's; nighttime lows through the wintertime for Hobbs Pond tend to be in the 10's.                place to camp, Mic Mac Cove Camp Ground is a pleasant place.
You'll need more than a day to look at everything Hobbs Pond has to offer, you can camp at Roberts Roost Campground, and if you need a site to stay The Country Inn Camden-Rckprt is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. St. George River is a brilliant whitewater spot near Hobbs Pond, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Goose River Golf Course is in the vicinity. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Going for a hike on the Ragged Mountain Trail is always a pleasant adventure; Country Inn Camden Rockport is a brilliant site to get some rest.
A nice place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Hobbs Pond is Oyster River, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Camden.
