is a magnificent site to do that, and obviously, this is a wonderful neighborhood for people who like lakes, Mount Blue Pond is a lake close by. Saddleback has nice slopes and a friendly staff, and since you might be in a lake
visiting mood you can always go to nearby Holman Pond. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Titcomb, and whitewater paddling is delightful on Bowley Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Sandy River, and do take a hike on the Piazza Rock Trail.
