Custom Search     Highland Lake     This glorious lake has 1334 acres of surface area and 17 miles of shoreline. A close by category I-IV whitewater stretch can be encountered on Presumpscot River; the Sebago Lake to Pleasant Hill portion is 2.5 miles long. Paddlers on this stretch of Presumpscot River should have a little familiarity in kayak paddling. Whitewater rafting or kayaking can get hazardous, so check conditions before heading out.
