Have a great hiking adventure along the Bigelow Range Trail; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn & Suites. From a precipitation point of view Hammond       Pond is a quite normal spot; the wettest month of the year is commonly November, that's the one that snows the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. Take a hike on the Arnolds Trail, and get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Carrabasset. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Hammond Pond while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Hammond Pond                  dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Titcomb has glorious slopes and a friendly staff; why not camp at Deer Farms Camps and Campground while you're here at Hammond Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Hammond Pond is right by the Fire Warden Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Happy Horseshoe Campground is a magnificent place to camp.
