Hall Pond gets a large amount of water; the wettest month of the year is frequently November, that's the one that rains the most while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Hall Pond is not far at all from Lewiston-Auburn, and let's not forget Noble Brook which is a stream that you may encounter during       your stay. There's whitewater on Little Androscoggin River for all you thrill seekers, and do stop at Hall Pond Dam while you're here. Just can't get enough of Hall Pond. Get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Nezinscot River - West Branch, and Hemlock Camping is a good local campground. A delightful nearby hotel is Travelodge Lewiston. Throughout the days of summer at Hall Pond temperatures are regularly in the 70's, and during the night                  it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Hall Pond nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's. You could also visit Barnett Pond while you're here at Hall Pond; it's nearby; if you need a place to stay Residence Inn Auburn is a great choice. Golf can be played at Paris Hill Country Club, and Hall Pond is not the only place close by, Mud Pond is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Paul and Gail's Campground is a pleasant campground nearby, and hey, Gotta ski right?
