If you are in this part of Maine make sure to pay a visit to Haley Pond. The amount of precipitation that falls at Haley Pond is close to the national average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. even more fun stuff to do here in the White Mountains. If you need a place to stay Town & Lake Motel is a perfect choice, and hey, Gotta ski right? Black Mountain is a great place to do that. Haley Pond is located in the White Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Haley Pond has to offer, you can camp at Black Brook Cove Campground, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Saddleback. Visit Cascade Stream if you're here
at Haley Pond; hiking along the Piazza Rock Trail is perfect fun. A lake close by is Long Pond, and get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Sandy River.
At Haley Pond through the days of summer highs are in the 70's;
the night is quite chillier of course, usually in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while Haley Pond night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Have a good
hiking adventure along the Bemis Stream Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Dead River - South Branch. And that's not all you can do here at Haley Pond.
