A day on the slopes of Saddleback is just what you need; if you came for an overnight stay Black Brook Cove Campground is a magnificent spot to camp. The yearly rain here at Greely Pond is about average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. If you need a place to stay Rangeley Inn & Motor Lodge is a delightful choice,       and an afternoon playing golf at Evergreen Golf Club & Golf School is always a bliss. The Milrose Trail is a delightful hiking trail close to Greely Pond; do take a look at Cow Pond, it's a lovely lake. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Black Mountain is splendid. And that's not all you can do here at Greely Pond. After a long day outdoors Lyons Lakeside & Cabins is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two; paddling on Dead River - South Branch is                  so much fun. Camping at Greely Pond is wonderful fun, Cathedral Pines Camping Area is a wonderful local campground, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Bemis Trail. While you're here at Greely Pond you can take a hike along the Piazza Rock Trail, and float down the rapids of Dead River - South Branch in a kayak. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Greely Pond highs are regularly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's.
