Do stop by Gray Pond while you're in this part of Maine. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Gray Pond get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Don't leave Gray Pond without first going for a hike along the Lead Mountain Trail; some of the water nearby flows, like Shorey Brook.
