     Maine has many beautiful lakes and Grassy Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Nesowadnehunk Stream is a stream you can take a look at while you're here, and do take a hike on the Abol Trail. Lakes are fine; Tracy Pond is a lake that's in the vicinity of Grassy Pond; going for a hike along the Abol Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Grassy Pond gets a common amount of annual rain;  
   the wettest month of the year is frequently July, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest.
Summertime highs at Grassy Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows throughout the wintertime for Grassy Pond tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Grassy
 
               Pond has to offer, you can camp at Chimney Pond Campground; what would winter be without some skiing at Big Squaw.
There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Nesowadnehunk Stream River, and you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Abot Trail. This place, Grassy Pond, it absolutely has so much outdoors amusing stuff. There's so much to do here at Grassy Pond that you need to camp here for a while, South Branch Pond Campground is a great place for that, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Elbow Pond. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Nesowadnehunk Stream It's always splendid to explore Katahdin Stream Falls.
