During the summertime, highs commonly are in the 70's at Grassy Pond while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Grassy Pond are in the 0's. The panorama of gorgeous Bald Bluff Mountain near Grassy Pond is good, and while you're here, you could also check out beautiful       Trout Pond. East Great Works Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at; you can go for a hike on the Old Gold Mine Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Twilite Motel, and soar down the rapids of Union River - West Branch in a kayak. White Birches Country Club is a great place to get some rest; if you come at the right time of year, Sunkhaze Stream offers some good whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Grassy Pond sees pretty                  high levels of rain; most of the rain falls during November, and February is the month with the least moisture.
