Grass Pond is right by the Telephone Trail, and as expected, this is a nice neighborhood for people who like lakes, Cliff Lake is a lake close at hand. Grass Pond gets a common       amount of annual rain; the month with most of the rain is July, and February on the other hand is the driest. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Grass Pond. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Grass Pond fall into the-10's.
