Get yourself into a kayak and hit Goose River, and everyone close by loves skiing at New Hermon Mountain. You'll come across a stunning lake called Upper Mason Pond near Goose River Reservoir; a tremendous close by hotel is Seascape Motel & Cottages. Goose River Reservoir frequently gets much rain; the month with       most of the rain is November, and the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Spring Brook Trail, and Mason Pond Dam has delightful water scenery. You absolutely must have a thing about Goose River Reservoir. Goose River Reservoir is a great place to visit for more than one day, The Moorings Campground is a great place to camp nearby; lakes are such serene places, why not go to Mason Pond. You believe that's                  enough? Just getting warmed up. You'll meet a lot of folks from Rockland here, and the skiing at Camden is pleasant. Hiking along the Mount Battie Trail is splendid fun, and enjoy a round of golf at Searsport Pines Golf Course. Some nearby water includes Goose River, and you are in close proximity to Patterson Point if you're here. At Goose River Reservoir throughout the warm months highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Goose River Reservoir all through the wintertime commonly plunge into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
