    Goose Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Goose Pond while night lows are frequently in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Goose Pond nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's. Hiking along the Western Mountain South Face Trail is perfect fun, and Joyce Beach is a beach nearby that you can check out. That right there is loads  
   already, but it keeps on going; Goose Pond has it all.
After a long day outdoors Harbor Heights Vacation Rental is a good location to spend a night or two, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the South Face Trail. And that's not all you can do here at Goose Pond. Goose Pond is right by the Wonderland Trail; Goose Pond is a wonderful spot to visit for more than one day, Bass Harbor Campground is a wonderful spot to camp nearby. This lake is
 
               so wonderful. Swamps like Lily Pond near Goose Pond make for wonderful places to take a look at, and a glorious location to stop by is Sally Prude Ledge.
In the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Blue Hill Falls, and you can stay the night at Quiet Side Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Goose Pond you discover Burnt Coat Harbor, and dry warm beds await you at The Harbour Cottage Inn. The summit of Big Mountain can be distinguished from Goose Pond, and nothing beats kicking back at Hero Beach.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Goose Pond a wet place; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is August. You ought to positively visit High Head since you're here at Goose Pond, and stopping by Acadia National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet.
