Do visit Jerry Pond next to Gardner Pond, it's a pretty lake, and Gardner Pond is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Shin Pond Village Campground is a glorious local campground. During the months of summer at Gardner Pond highs are frequently in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are       typically in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Gardner Pond dip into the-10's. Hiking along the Spring Brook Trail is glorious fun. Gardner Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rain; during July this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Jerry Brook is a picturesque stream that is worth checking out; camping at Matagamon Wilderness Campground                  is always a fine experience. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. The Jerry Pond Tote Road offers hiking at its best, and you can run the rapids of Seboeis River.
