     Get yourself into a kayak and hit Chase Mills Stream, and Hammond Pond is a splendid lake nearby. Gardner Lake is a wet place that gets lots of rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while July is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Gardner Lake is a great location to visit for more than one day, Great Cove Golf Course and RV Park is a great location to camp nearby; on a lovely day you obtain a wonderful  
   sight of High Head from Gardner Lake. Cobscook Bay State Park is a good campground nearby, and there are other locations here than Gardner Lake, for example Second Lake.
Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Gardner Lake. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can check out Chase Mill Dam. For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Gardner Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 80's. For the duration of
 
               the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are generally in the 20's, and night lows through the winter for Gardner Lake tend to be in the 0's. If you come at the right time of year, Northern Inlet offers some brilliant whitewater; if you haven’t been to Roosevelt Campobello International Park, you ought to schedule some time for it if you're here.
