Summertime highs at Gammon Pond typically tend to be in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; overnight lows at Gammon Pond through the winter frequently descend into the 0's. Gammon Pond is not the only spot nearby, Bauds Pond is a nearby lake; you can stay the night       at Gilman Pond Campground. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and Deer Farms Camps and Campground is a magnificent campground nearby. Any time is a magnificent time at Gammon Pond if you go for the outdoors. You could also take a look at Lemon Stream if you're here at Gammon Pond; it's nearby, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites is a splendid location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful.                  Hiking is a popular thing to do around Gammon Pond; Arnolds Trail is a splendid local trail, and hey, Barker Brook is a nice local stream. From a precipitation point of view Gammon Pond is a pretty common place; November is when you get the most snow here, and the driest month is February.
