You must check out Long Lake Cove when you're here at Fulton Lake; get dripping wet paddling on Machias River. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Fulton Lake has to offer, you can camp at Great Cove Golf Course and RV Park, and the sight of Andy Mountain is pretty. All the water falling down from the sky makes Fulton Lake a wet place; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while June is usually

| | the driest month. Just can't get enough of Fulton Lake. On a great day you can explore Pug Heath, a swamp close to Fulton Lake. There's so much to do here at Fulton Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sunkhaze Campground is a splendid place for that. Bog Lake is a great lake near Fulton Lake, and the Mud Hole Trail is a nice hiking trail close by. is no exception. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on East Machias River; a gorgeous lake like Horseshoe Lake is a wonderful location to stop at. For the duration of the days of summer at Fulton Lake highs are generally in the
70's with overnight lows in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Fulton Lake.

 | 15 miles away Clifford Lake is very isolated . You can get their via route 9 or Route 1 in Princeton. I would recommend a recent typo map and asking plenty of guestions from the locals. There is a small camping area. My last trip there (92) I had a truck and it was needed to traverse one road that comes to mind. The fishing was excellent ( pickerel averaged 20 in.) .
