Frog Pond is a pretty wet place commonly with a lot of rain; during the month of November you get the most rain around here while September is ordinarily the driest month. And that's not all you can do here at Frog Pond. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Little Androscoggin River, and after       a long day outdoors Pleasant Mountain Inn is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Dean Hill can be observed from Frog Pond; camping at Two Lakes Camping is always a great experience. All through the months of summer at Frog Pond temperatures are generally in the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Frog Pond. This lake is                  so wonderful. Green Pond is a great lake right next door to Frog Pond, and a pleasant close by hotel is Residence Inn Auburn. Abrams Point is not far from Frog Pond at all, and gorgeous scenery and perfect skiing is what you obtain at Lost Valley. You'll meet a lot of folks from Lewiston-Auburn here, and a golf course nearby is Poland Spring Golf Course.
