Beautiful Fresh Pond has much to offer visitors. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Goose Falls, and after a long day outdoors Candlepin Cabin is a great place to spend a night or two. The snow is good at Camden, and Dobbin Rock is a glorious location to visit. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Ducktrap River, and camping at Greenlaws RV and Tenting Park is always a delightful experience. Fresh Pond is a wet spot that gets much rainfall; during the month of November you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

Pond has lots of exciting things to see. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Fresh Pond. A nice nearby hotel is Tidewater Motel, and of course, this is a great area for people who
like lakes, Charley Browns Pond is a lake close by. Good hiking is available along the Trail Point Trail, and a tour to Armstrong Cove is always a brilliant idea.
During your stay at Fresh Pond do visit close by Walton Beach;
there's pleasant hiking along the Seal Point Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Fresh Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Northport Travel Park is a great local campground, and during your visit here you'll meet some
people from Rockland for sure. Summertime at Fresh Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Fresh Pond drop into the 10's.
