Johnson Mountain is pretty and can be seen from Fox Pond, and Fox Pond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Cupsuptic Campground is a fine local campground. Fox Pond gets lots of water; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here; February is the month with the least moisture. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy       the White Mountains. Fox Pond is right by the Milrose Trail; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Sunday River is rather near. And if you're still looking for more outdoors cool stuff just keep reading. The Table Rock Trail offers hiking at its best; camping at Mollidgewock Campground is always a tremendous experience. This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Old Magalloway Trail, and a great spot for whitewater paddling is Rapid River.                  This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Fox Pond, you'll come across Long Pond which is a beautiful lake; if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Magalloway River. Don't forget to take a magnificent little visit to Ash Brook, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Cranberry Pond. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Fox Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
