highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Forest Pond. A glorious place for whitewater paddling close to Forest Pond is Nezinscot River, and lots of people from Lewiston-Auburn come here. This lake
is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Sandy River close to Forest Pond; everybody nearby loves skiing at Titcomb. Forest Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; during November this area sees the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest.
