Bass Cove Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting; Folly Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Flagg's Trailer Park is a perfect local campground. | |

This lake is so wonderful. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at Folly Pond Dam. There's so much to do here at Folly Pond that you need to camp here for a while, York Beach Camper Park is a brilliant location
for that.
The peak of Mount Agamenticus can be seen from Folly Pond, and a delightful site for whitewater paddling is Great Works River. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Ledges Golf Club is always a delight,
and a swamp like Cranberry Swamp near Folly Pond has lots of attention-grabbing things to see. Do take a look at Indian Pond next to Folly Pond, it's a wonderful lake, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western York Inn.
Nothing beats kicking back at Long Beach, and if you need a spot to stay Coachman Inn is a pleasant choice.
