Summer at Flatiron Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Flatiron Pond. Flatiron Pond is a great place to visit for more than one day, Allagash Gateway       Campsite is a great place to camp nearby, and why not stop by nearby Sand Beach Brook while you're here at Flatiron Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Flatiron Pond is right by the Cedar Lake Trail, and you can stay the night at Chewonki's Big Eddy Campground. Yeah, come here to Flatiron Pond for a good time. Hiking along the Lake Trail is delightful fun, and people from Bangor love to come here. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Penobscot River -                  West Branch for all you adrenaline kick people. A normal amount of rain falls here at Flatiron Pond; the wettest month of the year is frequently July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February.
