     There's always Longfalls Dam to explore near Flagstaff Lake, and Long Falls is a scenic spot to go to while you're at Flagstaff Lake. Bingham Motor Inn is a perfect place to get some rest. At Flagstaff Lake during the days of summer highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Flagstaff Lake. Paddling on Little Spencer Stream is so  
   much fun, and hey, Gotta ski right? Sugarloaf USA is a glorious site to do that.
If the weather is great here at Flagstaff Lake, you can go for a hike along the Arnolds Trail, and a perfect nearby hotel is Herbert Grand Hotel. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Flagstaff Lake has it all. Flagstaff Lake is not the only place close by, Black Brook Pond is a close by lake, and why not a little side journey to Black Brook. This lake is so wonderful.
 
               Flagstaff Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Crocker Mountain Cirque Campground is a perfect local campground, and going for a hike along the Fire Warden Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
The yearly rain here at Flagstaff Lake is about average; November is when you get the most snow here; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. Spencer Stream has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by; the Bigelow Range Trail is a perfect hiking trail close by. If you came to camp Deer Farms Camps and Campground is a great place to do that, obviously you could also stop by Spring Lake since you're here; it's not far at all.
