     Fawn Pond is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. There are swamps here too; The Heath is nearby. Sea Breeze Motel is a good place to get some rest, and a trip to Acadia National Park is worthwhile. Breakneck Brook is a stream that you may run into while here; The Ovens is also a delightful spot to look at.
The warmest time of the year at Fawn Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The
 
   cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Fawn Pond are in the 10's. A visit to nearby Canoe Point is very relaxing, and Somes Sound View Campground is a fine local campground. Fawn Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and August is when it's the driest.
The Conners Nubble Trail is a brilliant hiking trail in the neighborhood of Fawn
 
               Pond, and whitewater paddling is great on Branch Lake Stream. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. While you're here at Fawn Pond, you could also stop at pretty The Tarn; Eagle Lake Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood of Fawn Pond. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff near Fawn Pond. Near Fawn Pond you stumble on the North Bubble Trail which is a splendid hiking trail; a pleasant nearby hotel is Highbrook Motel.
This lake is so wonderful. Spend the day on the beach at Marlboro Beach if you're here at Fawn Pond; do take a look at Jordan Pond, it's a pretty lake. in the neighborhood of Fawn Pond you'll hit upon a wooded area called Eno Pines, and if you came for an overnight stay Bar Harbor Campground is a delightful spot to camp. During your stay at Fawn Pond do check out nearby Lamoine Beach, and if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Union River.
This lake is so wonderful. Here at Fawn Pond you can observe Brewer Mountain, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the McFarland Hill Trail.
