A fine location to camp here at Fairbanks Pond is Whisperwood Lodge & Cottages, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Eaton Mountain while you're here. Don't leave Fairbanks Pond without first going for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and swing by Sidney Bog Brook it's a fine place to visit.
