There's so much to do here at Etna Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Stetson Shores Campground is a magnificent site for that. Etna Pond gets a great deal of water; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; February on the other hand is the driest. A day on the slopes of New Hermon Mountain is just what you need, and if you came to camp Moose Pond Campground is a good location       to do that. This place, Etna Pond, it truly has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. If you need a place to stay Four Points By Sheraton Bangor Airport is a wonderful choice. During the summertime, highs usually are in the 70's at Etna Pond, and the nighttime is slightly chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Etna Pond tend to be in the 0's. Whitewater paddling                  is fine on Kenduskeag Stream; if you've had enough of Etna Pond, Pleasant Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful.
