Tracy Pond is close at hand, and Nesowadnehunk Stream River is a great whitewater spot nearby.
This lake is
 
   so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Elbow Pond; Abot Trail is a pleasant local trail, and Big Squaw has great slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. It's always good to stop by Big Niagara Falls, and you can stay the night at South Branch Pond Campground.
