Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Egypt Pond. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Egypt Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Very pretty scenery and great skiing is what you get at Titcomb, and the Appalachian National Scenic Trail offers hiking at its best. A good site to camp       here at Egypt Pond is Five Seasons Campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Sandy River offers some nice whitewater. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Egypt Pond. There are some great whitewater spots on Wilson Stream, and you'll probably meet some folks from Augusta-Waterville here. Not far from Egypt Pond, you'll stumble on Parker Pond which is a wonderful lake, and the vista of Knowles Hill is striking. This                  lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at East Livermore Campgrounds while you're here at Egypt Pond, and if you need a site to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a wonderful choice.
