This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Little Pond. Ed Hanscom Pond gets much water; during the month of November you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is January. If you came to camp Sand Pond Camping Park is a magnificent location to do that,       and you can run the rapids of Great Works River. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Ed Hanscom Pond and you like golf, you can explore Sanford Country Club; Bald Hill is a peak you can observe from Ed Hanscom Pond. Through the warmest time of the year highs here at Ed Hanscom Pond get into the 80's. Summer night lows sink down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 30's, and night lows at Ed Hanscom Pond through the wintertime                  mostly sink into the 10's. Not far from Ed Hanscom Pond, you'll hit upon Bauneg Beg Pond which is a stunning lake, and of course Bragdpm Brook flows through this neighborhood.
