If you adore the outdoors, you'll fancy Echo Lake. Here at Echo Lake you can catch a glimpse of Oak Hill, and you can hit the slopes at Titcomb close by. All the water falling down from the sky makes Echo Lake a wet location; the wettest month of the year is regularly November,       that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is February. There's magnificent hiking along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and if you need a site to stay Winthrop Motel is a splendid choice. All through the warmest time of the year here at Echo Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 70's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Echo Lake dipping down into the                  0's during winter nights. There's whitewater on Sandy River for all you adrenaline junkies, and if you came to camp Five Seasons Campground is a delightful place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of folks from Augusta-Waterville here at Echo Lake, and lakes are such serene sites, why not stop by Echo Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
