Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Narraguagus River, and camping is available at Sunset Point Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Pleasant River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! East Pike Brook Pond is great! Bar Harbor Inn       is a great location to get some rest, and a delightful lake like Spring Hole Pond is a good location to stop by. During the summer months at East Pike Brook Pond temperatures are mostly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows at East Pike Brook Pond during the winter typically sink into the 10's. Going for a hike on the Lead Mountain Trail is always a great adventure,                  and don't forget to go to Trout Cove if you're here. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not visit West Pike Brook Pond in close proximity to East Pike Brook Pond, and this region is dominated by the Thousand Hills. East Pike Brook Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and August is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
