    In Maine there are many beautiful lakes, Dyer Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. An attention-grabbing thing to visit right next door to Dyer Pond is Burnt Meadow Pond Dam, and camping at Woodland Acres Campground is always a glorious experience. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Dyer Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, River Run Canoe Rental and Camping is a great local campground; after a long day  
   outdoors Oxford House Inn is a good place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Pleasant Mountain Inn is a nice choice, and the Kearsarge Trail is a magnificent hiking trail nearby.
During the summer at Dyer Pond highs are commonly in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter
 
               for Dyer Pond tend to be in the 0's. On a glorious day at Dyer Pond you can take a hike along the Weeks Brook Trail, and a striking lake like Little Clemons Pond is a good site to check out. If the weather is pleasant here at Dyer Pond, you can go for a hike along the Province Brook Trail, and hey, Gotta ski right? King Pine is a great place to do that.
A large amount of precipitation falls at Dyer Pond; the wettest month of the year is regularly November, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is September. Clemons Pond is a glorious lake in the vicinity of Dyer Pond, and naturally Durgin Brook flows through this area. Very gorgeous scenery and tremendous skiing is what you get at Shawnee Peak.
At Dyer Pond you can distinguish Kezar Hill, and a magnificent site for whitewater paddling is Ossipee River.

I ski there almost every day of the winter. Ive been snowboarding there for 8 years. They acualy have 6 trails with over 20 acres of riding, and 2 rope tows. They have a 1000,and a 150 ft rope tow. They have a small asortment of freestyle terain and snowmaking.
