This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Cozy Pines Campground since you're here at Dutton Pond, and do take a hike on the Mount Battie Trail. From a rain point of view Dutton Pond is a pretty typical location; during the month of November you get the most rain around here while       February is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Ragged Mountain Trail, and after a long day outdoors The Jeweled Turret Inn is a wonderful place to spend a night or two. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Dutton Pond rules! If you came for an overnight stay Aldus Shores Lakeside Camping is a delightful location to camp, and there's whitewater on Marsh Stream for all you adrenaline kick                  people. Here at Dutton Pond you can see Pond Hill, and if you get bored of Dutton Pond you could also explore nearby Sanborn Pond. Sanborn Pond Dam is a pretty site right next door to Dutton Pond. The snow is brilliant at Camden, and there are some great whitewater spots on Goose River. You'll meet a lot of folks from Rockland here, and a good close by hotel is Londonderry Inn. High temperatures at Dutton Pond during the long summer days are in the 70's with night lows in the 50's.
