All the water falling down from the sky makes Duck Lake a wet place; November is the month that gets the most rain while February is regularly the driest month. For the duration of the summer months at Duck Lake temperatures are generally in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The       winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Duck Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Duck Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Maple Grove Campground is a wonderful local campground; you can go for a hike on the Eagle Lake Trail. A glorious spot to camp here at Duck Lake is Cold Spring Campground, and Middle Unknown Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit. There's whitewater on Passadumkeag River for all you thrill                  seekers, and White Birches Country Club is a brilliant site to get some rest. So much fun stuff near Duck Lake, completely amazing.
